Depending on the traffic of orders, processing time may take 3-5 business days. Depending on the nail design, orders will be ready to ship as soon as possible and you will be notified when your order has been shipped. 

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

BONNIE BABE cannot be responsible nor held liable for incorrect measurements. Please make sure to provide your correct sizes or measurements upon placing your order.

BONNIE BABE is not responsible nor held liable for any allergies from products (adhesive tabs / nail glue). 

BONNIE BABE is not responsible nor held liable for any nail damage from improper press-on nail application, removal, or misuse of product.

BONNIE BABE is not responsible nor held liable to any delays, lost, stolen, or any damage that occurs once the order has been shipped. 

All press-on nails sets are are handcrafted and made to each customer's request of length, size, and design. BONNIE BABE does NOT offer refunds or returns once the order has been made. 

BONNIE BABE is not responsible to replace / refund packages that have been delivered to the wrong address. (due to providing incorrect or incomplete address or by the fault of the shipping courier.)
